\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Sapphire Skills to Scale (S2S) Program is an inclusive economic empowerment initiative designed to restore independence, dignity, and income-generating capacity among persons with disabilities, caregivers of children with disabilities, and vulnerable individuals in underserved communities across Uganda.

\nRooted in Sapphire Africa Foundation\u2019s core mission of disability support and empowerment, the program uniquely integrates mobility solutions with livelihood development, recognizing that the ability to move is directly linked to the ability to work, earn, and thrive.

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tAcross Uganda, persons with disabilities and their caregivers face significant barriers to economic participation. Limited mobility, lack of access to practical skills, and exclusion from financial systems contribute to disproportionately high poverty levels estimated at nearly 80% within disability communities.

\nAt the same time, over 70% of micro and small businesses struggle to survive due to limited business skills, poor market access, and lack of start-up capital. For individuals already marginalized by disability, these challenges are even more severe, resulting in long-term dependency and reduced quality of life.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
