Sapphire Foundation teamed up with the Everett and Austin Project and Active Life Medical Center to take to the people of Buddo in sumba zone a medical camp where so many diseases were treated and more than 500 were helped too.
Among the diseases which were treated was malaria, Worms, Typhoid, HIV/AIDS check and so much more, with the huge turn up, the doctors did everything possible to attend to the patients to ensure they have the best services.
Uganda like many other countries in Africa faces many challenges in its health sector like lack of access to health facilities and there is access the quality is always lacking and this has led to loss of lives and poor standards of Living.

As Sapphire Foundation we strive to make people live better lives by providing basic health support to children different schools and also to communities.
That is why this medical camp was so essential and timely, for example in providing tablet that help deworming, the vitamin tablets, malaria testing and treating and HIV/AIDS testing which is so crucial for individuals to know their status and live life better.
